This is my first office move, how can you help me?
Federal will assign an experienced project manager who will work you and your staff throughout the planning and relocation process of your office move.
What is your estimating process?
One of Federal's Certified Moving Consultants will come out to your office to help determine your needs. Federal will prepare a detailed relocation plan which demonstrates what Federal will do, when Federal will do it, and how much it will cost to relocate your office.
Federal's Moving Consultant will then present the office move plan to you and go over any questions that you might have.
How can I be sure that our office move will be on time and on budget?
Keeping Federal in the communication loop so that we can assist with best practices that we have gained in our 95 years of performing office moves is very important. The sooner we know about a change, the more flexible Federal can be.
Do companies move over weekends?
Yes, in fact it is the norm. Many companies chose the option to move their office over the weekend since it has the least impact on business interruptions.
Do you move modular office funiture?
Yes, we have trained professionals that can complete the disassembly and reassembly of virtually all types of system office furniture.
We have sensitive and classified records to be moved, how do you deal with these?
Federal will work with your security staff and in the case of medical records, your HIPPA compliance officer, to ensure that we meet your requirements.
Where does your labor come from?
All Federal employees are background checked and participate in our random drug screening program. All employees sign confidentialty agreements. Federal does not hire anyone with a felony conviction.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. Federal is fully insured. If your landlord would like a copy of our policy on file for your office move, Federal will provide this.
